Session Description:
This session is structured around the retirement plan system, how it has evolved, where we are today, and how HR
professionals can have different conversations with leadership moving forward to try and influence the plan.
Learning Objectives
· To understand how the evolution of the retirement plan system affects key elements of modern day retirement plans.
· How to leverage those key elements to create a custom retirement plan solution for their participants
· How to work with leadership to craft a plan that maximizes benefits to participants and leadership – and turn the retirement plan from a line item on an expense report to a modular, custom benefit to the company.
